TAIT 2022 EDITION
The Italian Chamber of Commerce has organised another appointment of The Authentic Italian Table series, an exclusive cooking class with celebrity chef Aldo Zilli.
Aldo Zilli is an award-winning chef and restaurateur who specialises in Italian cuisine. Born in the region of Abruzzo, Aldo was the founder of some of London’s most exciting restaurants. Among the others, Signor Zilli, Zilli Green, Zilli Fish.
Aldo then decided to focus as a consultant chef (he currently works with the Lucarelli Restaurant Group in Birmingham) to raise the profile of brans, provide advice and expertise.
During the masterclass held at Bellavita Accademy, Aldo Zilli cooked two traditional dishes using Italian ingredients (some of which with PDO or PGI designations, which are synonym of high quality and easy traceability).
Selected food influencers prepared the dishes following his advice whilst learning about authentic Italian produce, their use, and the pivotal link of the products with their territory of origin.
