The Italian Chamber of Commerce is organising another appointment of The Authentic Italian Table series, an exclusive online masterclass with Chef Theo Randall.

Theo Randall’s passion for food was born from regular family holidays across Europe and from a young age he was destined for a culinary future.
In 1989, Theo joined River Café and, under his patronage, the restaurant received its first Michelin star in 1997.
In November 2006, he launched Theo Randall at the InterContinental, committed to delivering rustic produce-driven Italian food.
A regular on national television, Theo has published several recipe books (the last being The Italian Deli Cookbook, 2021).

During the online masterclass, Chef Theo Randall will be cooking two traditional dishes using Italian ingredients (some of which with PDO or PGI designations, which are synonym of high quality and easy traceability).

Selected food influencers and a couple of lucky consumers, connected via Zoom, will be preparing the dishes following his advice whilst learning about authentic Italian produce, their use, and the pivotal link of the products with their territory of origin.
