The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK is currently collaborating with the Italian Ministry for Economic Development in the True Italian Taste project which aims to consolidate the knowledge of the authentic Italian products in the UK market, with particular focus on PDO-PGI products.
In the ambit of the project, we are organising an event called "The Authentic Italian Table". During the day, eight Italian restaurateurs based in London will serve small dishes to the guests, pairing them with Italian beverages (wines, craft beers and cocktails). During the event, there will be also live music performed by Italian artists based in London. There will be also tasting corners where guests will be able to sample for free some authentic Italian products (such as cheese and cured meats).
The event will take place on Saturday, 15th June 2019 from 1pm to 10pm at Shoreditch Gardens (the park in front of the Geffrye Museum).
